I'm tired of this being repeatedly stated as if it were a fact, it's nothing more than a misconception, or at best a theory that gets continually repeated stated as truth by delusional fans who read too much into Kishimoto's ambiguous statements. The only thing that was stated about the relationship between Senju and Uzumaki is that they are distantly related. There are a number of ways the two could be related. They could simply share the Rikudou Sennin as a common ancestor. Or the Senju could in fact have been descended of the Uzumaki. The Rikudou or his wife(if he had one) could have very well been Uzumaki. It's also possible that that the Uzumaki did indeed descend from the Senju. We simply just don't know and there isn't nearly enough evidence to support any one conclusion.
